The IYO Panettone 2026 pays tribute to Milanese tradition, pairing the sweetness of apricots with the freshness of yuzu.
The soft dough, scented with vanilla and yuzu, is studded with semi-candied apricots and pieces of yuzu white chocolate throughout. The tender fruit and mellow notes of chocolate blend with the brightness of citrus, creating a delicate balance with a restrained sweetness.

Our panettone is an artisan product made without preservatives. We recommend enjoying it within approximately 45 days. Store in a cool, dry place and bring to room temperature 24 hours before serving to fully appreciate its softness and aroma.
