The IYO Panettone 2026 pays tribute to Milanese tradition, pairing the sweetness of apricots with the freshness of yuzu.The soft dough, scented with vanilla and yuzu, is studded with semi-candied apricots and pieces of yuzu white chocolate in every slice. The tender fruit and mellow notes of chocolate blend with the brightness of citrus, creating a delicate balance with a restrained sweetness.

Storing and serving your IYO Panettone

Our panettone is an artisan product made without preservatives. We recommend enjoying it within approximately 45 days. Store in a cool, dry place and bring to room temperature 24 hours before serving to fully appreciate its softness and aroma.
